FAQ!

How do we book a service?

For all bookings, please send an email with your full name, service inquiry, requested dates, and address to petcarebylane@gmail.com.


How far in advance must we book?

All bookings are done on a first come, first serve basis. It is suggested that bookings for overnight stays should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance at the minimum to secure a spot. For drop-in visits, meet & greets, and pet taxi, it is suggested to booked 2-4 weeks in advance at the minimum to secure a spot.


Do you charge per animal?

No we do not! All charges reflect the amount of time spent in your home with your pet(s). The same charge will apply whether you have 1 dog or 3 dogs!


Do you charge cancellation fees?

In order to honor our employees income and schedules, cancellation fees will be utilized for overnight stays. Client's are required to request cancellation of overnight stay dates at the MINIMUM of 14 days prior to the first day. If failure to request cancellation before 14 days, a 20% charge will be applied to the total invoice cost.


When do you require payment?

For weekly clients, payment is due every Sunday in order to complete our weekly payroll in a efficient manner. For drop-in visit, overnight stay and pet taxi clients, payment is due 24 hours after the last service is completed.


What is your availability?

As we try our best to be available 24/7 for our clients, we must allow time for our employees to rest and partake in their personal lives as well. We are very transparent with our availability, and we are happy to provide you our working hours if you send us an inquiry! These availability hours are subject to change due to the season we are in or calendar holidays.


Do you provide discounted rates?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discounted rates to any client at this time. Our prices reflect 8 years of business, our CPR certifications and insurance rates, our travel time and fees, and the inflated costs within our current economy. We do offer budget friendly visits that our clients are more than welcome to choose for their pet care needs!
